These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of areebi.ca and the information, materials, features, and links available through the website.
The website is owned and operated by Areebi Consulting Inc., an Alberta, Canada corporation (“Areebi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. Purpose of the Website
The website provides general information about:

The website is informational. It is not a customer portal, consulting-delivery platform, ecommerce service, employment portal, or substitute for a written professional engagement.
2. No Consulting Relationship
Accessing the website, clicking a link, or sending an email does not create:

A consultant-client relationship;

A professional advisory relationship;

A fiduciary relationship;

A partnership, agency, employment, or joint venture;

A contractual obligation for Areebi to provide services;

A consulting relationship begins only when Areebi and the applicable client enter into a separate written agreement signed or otherwise formally accepted by authorized representatives.
Any proposal, statement of work, confidentiality agreement, purchase order, or services agreement will be governed by its own terms. If such an agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding contracted services, the signed services agreement will govern those services.
3. No Professional or Operational Advice
Website content is provided for general informational and marketing purposes.
It is not accounting, legal, tax, financial, investment, security, compliance, business, functional-implementation, or other regulated professional advice.
You should not make business, system, implementation, reporting, compliance, or data decisions solely in reliance on website content. Appropriate requirements analysis, testing, validation, professional review, and written engagement terms may be required for a particular project.

References to Oracle products are used only to describe Areebi’s technical experience and consulting capabilities.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Areebi is an independent company and is not Oracle Corporation, does not own Oracle trademarks, and does not claim sponsorship, endorsement, certification, partnership, or affiliation by Oracle Corporation.
All third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
9. Email Communications and Submitted Information
If you email Areebi:

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information submitted;

You confirm that you are authorized to provide the information;

You should not send passwords, private keys, authentication tokens, production credentials, or sensitive datasets in an initial inquiry;

10. No Unsolicited Submissions
Areebi does not accept responsibility for unsolicited product concepts, software ideas, business plans, inventions, designs, or other creative submissions.
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, sending unsolicited material does not:

Restrict Areebi’s existing or future business activities;

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded, disputes relating to the website or these Terms will be submitted to the courts located in Alberta, Canada.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Areebi’s failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive that provision or Areebi’s right to enforce it later.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Areebi’s written consent.
Areebi may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, merger, sale, transfer, financing, or other corporate transaction.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement concerning general use of the public website.
They do not replace or modify a separately executed consulting, confidentiality, licensing, employment, or services agreement.
