Areebi Consulting Inc. (“Areebi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly and transparently.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit areebi.ca, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with Areebi.

This Privacy Policy applies to:

This policy does not automatically apply to separate websites, mobile applications, or digital products operated by Areebi. Those products may have separate privacy policies describing their specific information-handling practices.

Depending on how you interact with Areebi, personal information may include:

3. Information You Provide Directly

Areebi does not currently operate a contact form on this website. If you choose to contact us, you will normally do so using your own email service.

When you email Areebi, we may receive:

  • Your email address;

  • Your name and email signature;

  • Your company and position;

  • Your message and subject line;

  • Any attachments you include;

  • Technical information contained in email headers;

  • Any other information you choose to provide.

We use this information to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, communicate with you, and determine whether Areebi may be able to assist with your technical requirements.

Sending an inquiry does not establish a consulting, client, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or other professional relationship.

When you access areebi.ca, the website, hosting provider, security systems, and underlying web technologies may automatically process limited technical information, including:

Please limit initial inquiries to information needed for us to understand the general nature of your requirement. Do not send production credentials, private keys, access tokens, customer datasets, employee records, financial records, or other sensitive data unless a written agreement and approved secure transfer method are in place.

Areebi does not sell or rent personal information.

We may disclose limited information to service providers that help us operate our business and website, including:

  • Website-hosting and infrastructure providers;

  • Domain-name and DNS providers;

  • Business email providers;

  • Website security, backup, and maintenance providers;

  • Professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers, or consultants;

  • Other providers engaged to support a requested business activity.

Our current website and email infrastructure may involve providers such as Hostinger and IONOS. These providers process information according to their own terms, privacy notices, security practices, and contractual obligations.

We may also disclose information:

  • With your consent or at your direction;

  • When required by law, court order, subpoena, or lawful government request;

  • To investigate suspected fraud, abuse, security incidents, or unlawful conduct;

  • To protect Areebi’s rights, safety, property, or legitimate interests;

Areebi will seek to limit disclosure to information reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.

No website, email system, storage service, or transmission method is completely secure. Areebi cannot guarantee absolute security.

Email should not be treated as a secure method for transmitting highly sensitive information unless appropriate encryption or another secure transfer process has been agreed upon.

Areebi takes reasonable steps to maintain accurate, complete, and current personal information when needed for the purposes for which it is used.

You may request correction of inaccurate personal information by contacting us.

Areebi may need to verify your identity before processing a request. We will not provide information where doing so would improperly disclose another person’s information, violate legal privilege, conflict with legal obligations, or fall within another lawful exception.

15. Marketing Communications

Areebi does not use an automated marketing subscription system on areebi.ca at this time.

We will not add you to a promotional mailing list merely because you sent a consulting inquiry.

If Areebi introduces optional marketing communications, we will provide appropriate identification, consent, and unsubscribe mechanisms as required by applicable law.

16. Children’s Privacy

The corporate website and consulting services are not directed to children.

Areebi does not knowingly collect personal information from children through areebi.ca. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

Separate Areebi products intended for younger audiences, if any, will be governed by their own privacy policies and age-appropriate practices.

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services.

Areebi does not control and is not responsible for third-party privacy, security, content, or information-handling practices. Review the applicable third party’s privacy policy before providing information.

18. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Signals

Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” or other privacy preference signals. Because there is not a single universally accepted technical standard for all such signals, the website may not respond to every signal.

Areebi does not currently use areebi.ca for targeted behavioural advertising or the sale of personal information.

19. Privacy Incidents

If Areebi becomes aware of a privacy or security incident involving personal information under its control, we will assess the incident and take reasonable steps to contain, investigate, and address it.

Where required by applicable law, Areebi will notify affected individuals and appropriate regulatory authorities.
